SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, July 8 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 70-year-old woman has died after being rescued from the sea in cardiorespiratory arrest at the Radazul Marina, in the municipality of El Rosario, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2 .
The event occurred today Saturday, shortly before nine in the morning, when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert informing them that they had rescued a woman in cardiorespiratory arrest from the water, for which they activated immediately the necessary emergency resources.
A medicalized ambulance and a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC), the Local Police and the Civil Guard traveled to the place.
The bathers, at the direction of the SUC doctor on duty in the emergency room, began resuscitation maneuvers until the arrival of the SUC health personnel who continued with these maneuvers without result. The Local Police collaborates with the intervening services and the Civil Guard conducted proceedings.
