First measures in mobility

The president of the Cabildo de Tenerife, after the plenary session in which she took office, did not evade one of her main electoral promises, that of “alleviating” the queues on the roads of Tenerife in 90 days. Dávila defended that the pact signed with the PP already contains a series of measures “that we are going to put into practice immediately to address the challenges that this island has.” In this sense, she defended that “I have said it in the campaign, and it is one of the great challenges, trying to alleviate, alleviate, mitigate the traffic situation, the queues on the island of Tenerife. For this we are going to get down to work to work with experts, also with economic agents, with the ULL, educational centers, and especially with heavy vehicles ”, she pointed out.

Dávila advanced that the first measure will be the creation of a working group that immediately begins to take measures in such a way that in 90 days, “which was my personal commitment to the citizens of Tenerife” measures can be taken “to the extent as possible to alleviate the situation of chaos and collapse on the roads.
The president admitted that this summer there will be no vacation for her, nor for any of her advisers because they will get to work immediately.
