He Council of Tenerife has reported this Sunday, July 2, that the outbreak of fire declared this Saturday in the La Gotera area, in La Guancha, is already considered extinguished.
During the afternoon of Saturday, the fire, which affected areas of low scrub and pine forests in the upper part of El Pinalete, was already considered controlled and it was this Saturday when it was finally extinguished.
From the City Hall of La Guancha thanks the neighborhood speed and professionalism of the troops of the Briforwhich allowed the flames to be extinguished and that they spread through the natural environment of the area.
Likewise, they make a appeal to general responsibility of all the citizens to prevent the occurrence of new events of this type.
