The forest fire that broke out this morning in the upper area of the Tenerife municipality of Los Realejos is stabilizedreported the island councilor Javier Rodríguez.
The fire has affected some four hectares of scrubland and as specified by the counselor, the weather situation has meant that attacking the fire was not as complex as it would have been yesterday.
The fire has started on the Lolita track, in Icod El Alto, in a nearby area where a fire broke out in July 2022 that spread through several municipalities in the north of the island.
In extinguishing the fire, the forestry brigades of the Cabildo de Tenerifetwo and a half helicopters from the Los Realejos town hall and the State Administration.
