The fire declared this Friday in the area of Icod el Alto (Los Realejos) is already considered controlled. This was reported this Saturday by the Cabildo de Tenerife on their social networks.
As reported by the Island Corporation, the fire was considered controlled at 09:42 hours, in Pista Lolita.
The fire affected 25,700 square meters. Although the fire did not occur in an inhabited area, some animals were evicted as a preventive measure.
During the afternoon of Friday, it had already been considered stabilized, but it was not until this Saturday morning that it could be controlled.
