For José Manuel Fernández-Sabugo, director of Cepsa in the Canary Islands, “This work methodology allows us to focus on creating an environment that, based on a detailed day-to-day analysis, generates continuous improvements. It allows us to have discussion forums to improve our way of thinking, communicating, making decisions and executing them.
