The general secretary of the PSOE of Tenerife, Pedro Martín, has been re-elected this Tuesday as president of the Cabildo as he was the representative of the most voted list in the last local elections with 11 councillors, ahead of the Canary Islands Coalition, with ten, the Popular Party (PP), with eight, and VOX with two.
However, both CC and PP have reached an agreement to register this week a motion of no confidence that will make the nationalist Rosa Dávila president and that will foreseeably be debated throughout the second week of July.
