The Aena airport network plans to operate a total of 3,276 flights in the Canary Islands from June 23 to 25, of which 2,068 are national and 1,208 are international, which is 5.8% more than last year, according to data provided. Europa Press for the airport manager.
Tomorrow, Saturday, will be the day with the largest number of operations planned, with a total of 1,119 flights (+6.3%), followed by Sunday, in which 1,105 operations (+4.3%) are planned; and today, Friday, when 1,052 movements are expected to be made (+6.9%).
The three airports with the most operations during these three days will be Gran Canaria, with 936 scheduled flights; Tenerife North, where 596 operations are planned; and Tenerife South, with 560 scheduled flights.
As for the other airports, the Lanzarote airport will operate 548 scheduled movements for these three days, while the Fuerteventura Airport has a total of 380 operations scheduled, followed by La Palma (180 flights); El Hierro (52 flights); and La Gomera (24 flights).
The flight schedule is subject to changes that may occur in the operations of the different airlines depending on the different situations that arise.
