La Laguna City Council has put out to tender a contract for the supply of a comprehensive electronic administration platform and its implementation service, both for the Consistory itself and for the autonomous Sports and Musical Activities bodies, providing each body of its own electronic headquarters, according to the specifications published in the Contractor’s Profile of the municipal website.
The tender has a base budget of 1,320,004 euros (taxes included) and an execution period of three years, extendable up to a maximum of five years. The budgetary credit for said contract is co-financed by the European Feder funds, within the framework of the Edusi Patrimonio de Barrios project, and which represent 85% of the first annual payment of the contract, which amounts to a total of 398,704.36 euros, according to specified in the tender document. This contract will allow this Administration to update and improve its current management tools in terms of electronic administration.
Specifically, the winning company will provide the supply of a series of software tools accessible through web-type interfaces, and that make up a municipal electronic administration platform, and that include: general registration of entry and exit of documents, electronic office, processing of files, document management and signature holders, third-party databases, manager of administrative bodies and resolutions, internal control, electronic contracting, advanced data analytics and electronic filing.

Likewise, the scope of this service will include support and advice on the use of the applications that make up the electronic administration platform, as well as the necessary technical support and the updating of versions that are being released of said applications, in such a way that it is guaranteed the resolution of incidents and queries that arise from any of the users of the system and that the applications are always in the latest version available, as stipulated in the specifications.
The maximum period for the start-up of the supplies and services, counted from the entry into force of the corresponding contract, will be six months.
