SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, June 19 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Cabildo de La Gomera activates this Tuesday, June 20, the sale of the Consumer Bonds ‘I buy in La Gomera’ through the commercial campaign website www.yocomproenlagomera.comin which users will be able to purchase up to 20 vouchers per person for later exchange in the network of businesses on the island adhering to the program.
The acting island president, Casimiro Curbelo, recalled that this action is being carried out jointly with the Federation of Urban Areas of the Canary Islands (FAUCA), and is now in its second edition after the success of the first, held at the end of last year, and which injected more than 500,000 euros of spending into island commerce.
For the acquisition of Consumer Bonds, the platform has been provided www.yocomproenlagomera.com, in which the purchase and payment process is carried out. Also through this link you can consult the bases of participation, the system of consumer discounts and the conditions established for the use of the voucher, as well as the list of participating establishments.
The value of each voucher will be 20 euros, of which the consumer will only pay half – 10 euros -, the other 10 euros being subsidized by the Island Council. It is not a discount, but a contribution of the remaining 50% of the total value of the bond by FAUCA. Thus, each user will be able to benefit from a maximum purchase of 20 vouchers, being able to redeem them in a single purchase or in several.
HOW TO REDEEM THE BONUS
The exchange will be made in the entities participating in the campaign whose updated list will be published on the program’s website. The user must present the QR code of the voucher or, where appropriate, deliver the printed voucher(s) at the place where they make the purchase. At the time of purchase, the client, who must be of legal age as a participation requirement, must also present the DNI or NIE associated with the voucher.
The vouchers acquired by the user must be used before the end of the program. In addition, once acquired, they cannot be returned, nor will they be transferable in any case. In case of requiring the return of products, the establishment will take charge through vouchers or gift cards, but never in cash.
