Varguita Cheesecake made with renowned Canarian cheeses, promises to become the undisputed queen of cheesecakes, after its presentation at Gastrocanarias.
Behind its creation is not a restaurant or a gastronomy figure, but a young radio host and passionate about cheesecakes: Rayco Vargas, who, during the confinement of the first months of the pandemic, dedicated himself to experimenting in the kitchen with this dessert and struck the perfect balance.

Varguita is liked by cheese lovers, its creaminess is non-negotiable. “It is a baked cake, made from a mixture of Canarian cheeses that are very present in its flavor: toasted on the outside, with an always creamy heart and with a texture that no one can resist”, explains Rayco Vargas.
At the moment, its only sales channel is instagram and the recently created website www.varguitacheesecake.com. As for the collection, it is done in person, in El Médano.
