The personnel of an ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service had to be assisted with moderate injuries after a collision between the emergency transport and a vehicle.
The accident, reported this Sunday by the 1-1-2 emergency service, occurred around seven o’clock yesterday afternoon at the link to Mayorazgo, at the roundabout before reaching Mercatenerife in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The two affected, ambulance personnel, are a man and a woman who, at the time of initial assistance, present various moderate injuries.
The injured were transferred in a medicalized ambulance from the SUC to the Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital.
The driver of the tourism refused medical assistance, reports 1-1-2.
