SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, June 9 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The judge of the Court of First Instance and Instruction Number two of Santa Cruz de La Palma has ordered the entry into prison of the two detainees for the alleged murder of a man in Breña Baja, on the island of La Palma, on the afternoon of this Tuesday, according to sources from the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC).
The judge has determined, after the transfer to judicial disposal of the detainees, the entry into preventive detention, communicated and without bail as alleged perpetrators of a crime of aggravated murder and another of robbery with violence in an inhabited house.
