Gil Goya explained that the company that wins this new contest, “will know that it must incorporate into its proposal aspects that until now were not taken into account, so they will have to reflect the necessary accounts to add the streets that still do not have public lighting, the aspects related to repair and replacement, as well as the parallel elements that are linked to this type of action, such as clearing brush or digging. Aspects not contemplated in the contract that was signed in the past mandate, which has contributed to the deterioration of the facilities and the deficient provision of the service, as well as the establishment of parallel contracts for its realization.” For Gil Goya, “it is about knowing what we have and what we need, to get out of the precarious situation in which we find ourselves.”
