The Canary Islands Coalition (CC) and the Popular Party (PP) have already reached a government agreement in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, just lacking their signature. Sources close to the negotiation of the government pact between both political formations assume that it is about to be signed, in the absence of fringes and that the insular and regional committees give the go-ahead to this government pact in the chicharrera capital, in the one who would continue to lead José Manuel Bermúdez (CC) as mayor.
As DIARIO DE AVISOS has learned, the Popular Party would be left with the municipal areas of Environmental Sustainability, Public Services and Animal Welfare, Urbanism, Sports, the Development Society and the Autonomous Organization of Culture.
Therefore, the Canarian Coalition would be left with the Presidency, Security and Mobility, Youth and Education, Social Affairs, the Autonomous Organization of Fiestas, Technology, Equality and Diversity, Human Resources, Finance and Heritage, Housing and Infrastructures.
