The number of visitors to the GastroCanarias professional fair grows

The Gastronomic Show of the Canary Islands GastroCanarias It has been successfully completed this yearwhen registering record figures for second consecutive Year. In total, GastroCanarias occupied 14,000 square meters bringing together leading companies and small producers from the meat and fish sector, dairy products, beverages, confectionery, ice cream, Mediterranean and world cuisine raw materials, frozen foods, kitchenware, grills, air conditioning, textiles, hydroponic cultivation, cleaning, household equipment and professional for kitchens, single-use sustainable material, artificial intelligence and all kinds of foodtech solutions to optimize the management of an establishment.
