The group sexual assault occurred on a beach in the south of Tenerife in the wee hours of the morninga, to which the victim, in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of some drug, was taken by the group of young people, who were arrested and investigated to clarify the role they played in said sexual assault, as well as their relationship among them.

possible recording

Investigators have had sufficient evidence that peripherally corroborates the version given by the minor victim, such as statements by eyewitnesses, or the conversations provided by her with one of her aggressors after suffering the attack. Even, the possibility is being considered that the events had been recorded by one of the aggressors, a circumstance that has not been confirmed so far.

For his part, the victim who has had episodes of anxiety after the group aggressionhas, according to the police version, clear indicators of neglect, which has led to the transfer of the matter to the General Directorate for Protection of Childhood and Family, in order to provide adequate and immediate protection.
