
SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 31. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The PSOE Canarias, which has appointed a negotiating commission, has announced on Wednesday that it has already held a first round of contacts with other parties in search of governance agreements. Once these conversations are closed, it will be when the PSOE Canarias communicates the result of the same to the public opinion.
Through a statement, the Socialist Party has indicated that it has started this round of contacts based on the results obtained in the elections of May 28 at the municipal, island and regional level, and as a result of the agreement reached by the Executive Commission extraordinary held the following day.
The negotiating committee, proposed by the Secretary General Ángel Victor Torres, is made up of the Secretary for Regional Organization, Nira Fierro; the head of strategy of the socialist campaign committee, Sebastián Franquis, and Dolores Corujo, who are in charge of speaking with the different political formations that have also obtained electoral representation, with the exception of VOX, in order to advance in these negotiations.
