SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 29. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The mayor and candidate of the Canary Islands Coalition (CC) for re-election, José Manuel Bermúdez, said on Sunday night that stability and moderation “continue adding up” in the capital after elections won by the PSOE headed by Patricia Hernández .
In a brief speech before the militants, he congratulated the socialist candidate and defended that his party has carried out a “good campaign” in which he has defended that “the radical vote of the left has concentrated on a single option” and the polarization of the campaign by national messages.
Bermúdez has valued that CC has “kept its pulse” against the “more radical” left and they have “withstood the national wave well” for which they have guaranteed that they will not “make mistakes” and will allow a “stable and moderate government in the city”. “Tonight moderation and stability have won,” he added.
