SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 25. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Governing Council approved this Thursday the Strategic Planning Instrument of the public company Asistencia Integral Tributaria (ASISTA Canarias, SA), in order to guarantee the adequate provision of the service through the application of three strategic lines with their different objectives.
Specifically, it is about achieving an effective and efficient execution of the works, technical assistance, consultancy, supplies, services, works and other activities that are entrusted to the company, in its capacity as its own means personified by the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of Canary Islands.
The strategic lines consist of improving internal processes; the improvement of the services provided by ASISTA Canarias, mainly tax assistance to citizens and collaboration in the digital transformation of the Canary Islands Tax Agency.
The objectives aligned with the first strategic line are the establishment of a management system by objectives; optimization; optimization of human resources management and economic-financial management; the improvement of processes and control of regulatory compliance and the improvement of the security of information systems, collects a note from the Executive.
The second strategic line incorporates the execution of plans to improve tax care and communication with citizens, as well as notification and collection processes.
The third strategic line sets the objective of detecting opportunities for innovation in the field of public administration.
To comply with the plan, the company must have a staff of 145 workers with an indefinite contract, that is, 26 employees above the replacement rate.
