The candidate has said that the residents of Santa Cruz complain about the dirt in the streets “month after month, year after year,” but since the beginning of the electoral period, according to Hernández, they have declared that they do not stop seeing cleaning and vats of water to clean their neighborhoods, unlike the rest of the time.
