SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 14. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Citizens candidate for the Parliament of the Canary Islands, Isabel Bello, has proposed measures such as the deduction of veterinary expenses, as has been done so far with toilets, since “pets are another member of our families,” he said. .
“We consider it essential to provide financial support to the owners of the animals”, assured the candidate, who added that “the costs of having a pet “are increasingly higher”. “For this reason we believe that we must respond to this need and co-finance the veterinary expenses from the public administration,” he said.
Bello pointed out that this regional initiative “is complemented by other proposals included in the different municipal Ciudadanos programs, since we seek to propose measures that adapt to the reality of the Canaries and give realistic and immediate responses to their needs.”
