A 52-year-old woman has suffered moderate burns on one hand and one leg as a result of a fire that broke out in the house where she lived in the South of Tenerifeand she has also been treated for a leg injury, which occurred when she jumped out of a window to escape the fire.
He Emergency and Security Coordination Center 112 of the Government of Canary Islands has reported that the fire broke out around 10:08 p.m. on Thursday in a house on Calle Chasna, in the Tenerife municipality of Arona.
The woman was transferred to Hospital of the South of Tenerife and firefighters extinguished the flames, which affected a large amount of garbage, and ventilated the building.
