The Court Number 1 of Güímar has summoned the mayor of Fasnia, Luis González, to testify this Friday, starting at 10:00 a.m. (PSOE), as a result of a lawsuit filed by Canarian Coalition (CC), the only opposition force, for alleged irregular hiring through more than 50 decrees.
The judicial order, to which Europa Press has had access, states that the secretary of the consistory has already testified as a witness and that the complainant group argues that the contracts issued by the mayor, who took office in March of last year, have Negative Secretary’s Report.
From CC, through the mouth of its spokesperson, Pedro Tejera, they believe that contracts were not advertised and the regulations were not followed, nor if the Intervention repairs have been complied with.
