SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 3. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The lifeless bodies of two people have been located this Tuesday in the Tenerife municipalities of Icod de los Vinos and La Orotava, the first –a man– in a channel that is difficult to access and the second in a recreational area.
As reported by 1-1-2 Canarias, in Icod de los Vinos the body of the man was found around 2:45 p.m., after receiving notice from the Civil Guard, which has taken over the investigation and had received an alert about a person who could be dead in a canal located in the Moscardó neighborhood.
Firefighters and GREIM members of the Civil Guard rescued the body of the deceased, who was in an area that was difficult to access. A doctor from the municipal health center certified his death.
And in La Orotava, the other body was found at around 3:25 p.m. in a recreational area on a path near La Caldera, after an alert was received at the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2. the discovery of a body.
The Civil Guard confirmed the existence of the lifeless body – of which no further details are known – and assumed the investigations.
