The presence of a fence held with electrical tape on one of the two pedestrian bridges near the Hospital Universitario de Canarias (HUC) has surprised several users who use these infrastructures to cross the Autopista del Norte de Tenerife (TF-5) from the neighborhoods of Taco and El Cardonal.
“Maximum security“, ironically comments to this newspaper one of the citizens who found themselves yesterday with the aforementioned fence on one of the two bridges, specifically on the one that rises over the General Carretera de La Cuesta and which, apparently, has been installed without fixing to the ground, just like the rest.
