SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 2. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Cabildo de Tenerife, through the area of Employment, Socioeconomic Development and Foreign Action, has launched the Tenerife Consumption Vouchers campaign aimed at boosting sales in all shops and hospitality and service businesses on the island through vouchers discount for your customers.
Establishments that wish to participate can register from today until June 11, the last day of the campaign, through the website bonotenerife.es
The total budget for this initiative amounts to 375,000 euros. In the financing of the campaign, which will be managed by the Insular Foundation, for Training, Employment and Business Development (Fifede), the Government of the Canary Islands also participates.
The Island Councilor for Employment, Socioeconomic Development and Foreign Action, Carmen Luz Baso, encourages establishments on the island to join this initiative which, in addition to promoting commercial activity, represents an important claim to expand and retain clientele.
Each voucher will have a value of 20 euros, of which the Cabildo de Tenerife will cover fifty percent of its value, while the other half will be covered by the consumer.
Next Monday, May 8, the period for consumers to purchase their vouchers begins. The maximum number of vouchers that can be used by the same person in an establishment is two, so that the amount of the purchase ticket or invoice is equal to or greater than that of the voucher.
The Cabildo has made a telephone service available to establishments, where information about the program can be obtained by calling the number 653818784, with the following hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. These vouchers may not be used, in any case, in the acquisition of tobacco or electronic cigarettes, lotteries and/or bets, mobile phone recharges, cards or PINs for Internet purchases, alcoholic beverages or gift cards, subscriptions to online platforms or other related products. Nor will there be the possibility of returning cash, neither in the purchase nor in the return of the product.
