The Local Government Board grants the major works license for the construction of a luxury complex in Acantilado de Los Gigantes. This is Aqua Sky Suites & Penthouses, from the company Sieper Von Behr, a luxury housing complex that will be built on the site that was occupied, for more than 30 years, by the structure of a development of terraced apartments that, located at the entrance to Los Gigantes, deteriorated the image of this tourist and residential enclave until its demolition.
The municipal government explains that It is the continuation of the luxury Aqua Suites complex, a few meters from this enclave. The project will combine luxury, comfort, functionality and modern aesthetics. There will be three types of units: two-story two-bedroom duplexes, one-story three-bedroom accessible suites, and two-story four-bedroom penthouse villas. All with private infinity pool, luxury kitchen and integrated air conditioning.
The construction of more than 100 luxury accommodation units in this area is a tourist, commercial and economic boost.
