A 55-year-old woman has been injured in a traffic accident that occurred this Monday on the northern highway (TF-5), near Guajara, in La Laguna, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes). 1-1-2.
The event occurred around 6:50 a.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert reporting a traffic accident between three vehicles on the TF-5, in the direction of San Cruz de Tenerife.
Once at the scene, SUC personnel assessed and assisted an affected woman who was injured and arranged for her to be transferred by ambulance to a hospital when she presented moderate chest pain.
The Civil Guard regulated traffic on the road where there were significant delays due to another traffic accident in the same area and issued the corresponding report.
In this second accident, the SUC assisted a 41-year-old woman with minor injuries and also arranged for her to be transferred to a health center. The Highway Service carried out the cleaning of the road.
