SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 24 Apr. (EUROPE PRESS) –
A 55-year-old hiker has been moderately injured after suffering a fall on a path in the Tágara ravine, in Guía de Isora (Tenerife), as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of 112 of the Canary Islands.
The events occurred this Sunday afternoon in the aforementioned place where the Emergency and Rescue Group (GES) helicopter moved, since it was an area difficult to access for rescue services.
Next, the GES troops rescued the wounded man who presented moderate trauma to the lower limb at the initial moment of assistance, for which he was transferred to the La Guacha helipad and from there he was evacuated to the Hospital del Norte by ambulance.
