Agents of the National Police have been arrested in Granada, Valencia and Tenerife to ten men, as alleged perpetrators of the crimes of belonging to a criminal organization and drug trafficking. The criminal organization used parcel companies to transport the drugs. Two of the intercepted shipments, originating from the island of Fuerteventura and destinations Granada and Valencia, totaled 1,552 kilos of hashish. A total of ten members of the organization have been arrested in Granada, Valencia, Tenerife and Gran Canaria. have been seized a total of 1,597 kilos of hashish and 25 kilos of cocaineas well as ecstasy, marijuana, various vehicles and cash.
The National Police intercepted last year two important shipments of hashish (with a total weight of 1,552 kilos)made through parcel companies from the island of Fuerteventura and with destinations Granada and Valencia.
As a result of the aforementioned apprehensions, a police investigation was launched that revealed a criminal organization based on the islands and made up of at least ten men.
Shipments simulating legal merchandise
It was then possible to determine that the organization carried out regular shipments through transport companies, simulating the delivery of legal merchandise to mask their criminal activity. during the investigation a third shipment from Madrid was located, which was located, monitored and intercepted in Tenerife intervening inside two packages containing 18 and 6 kilos of cocaine respectively.
