Eurofans will be able to enjoy a performance by White Dove in Tenerife just before the artist leaves for the United Kingdom to represent Spain in eurovision. Thus, the ‘pichona’, as her followers call her, will perform in Santa Cruz de Tenerife within the framework of the May Festival, as confirmed today by the mayor of the capital at a press conference.
Specifically, Blanca Paloma will attend the Gala for the Election of the Queen of the May Festivitieswhich will be held on Friday of next week, April 28.
The artist will leave here just a few days later to focus on Eurovision, a contest in which she starts as one of the great favorites according to the bookmakers, ranking fourth according to them. Her song, ‘EAEA’, has all the ballots to sneak among the most votes and, who knows, give Spain its third victory in the history of the contest.
Likewise, the City Council has also confirmed the performance of the Canarian group Efecto Pasillo, authors of well-known songs such as ‘Bread and Butter’.
The program of the fundamental festivities of Santa Cruz will include a hundred free events, highlighting the recovery of the Book Fair in the García Sanabria Park from May 1 to 7.
