The singer-songwriters Fernando Macías and Ángela González perform for the first time in the Canary Islands. Both will perform this Friday, April 21 at 8:00 p.m. at the Búho Club (Calle Catedral, 3), in La Laguna (Tenerife).

Fernando Macías is a 27-year-old singer-songwriter from the island. Guitarist since he was 16 years old, he has worked in Flamenco shows in Dubai and has a cover band, Sinkuartada. He began to take his facet as a singer-songwriter seriously by winning the 6th round of Sabina Por Aqui, which has given him the chance to record at Joaquín Sabina’s house.
He has an album on the market: ‘Entropía’, which he produced, mixed and mastered himself in his Azotea Studio, and he is working on his new singles. El Kanka covered one of his most popular songs: ‘Levante’.
Ángela González is a 25-year-old singer-songwriter from Malaga. She plays the piano at a professional level and a bit of the guitar. She has two albums on the market: ‘For the love of disaster’, self-published in 2018, and ‘to perfe’, recorded at the Azotea Studio in 2021.
He has been composing since he was 16 years old and winning numerous competitions since then, among which the first prizes in the X Barajas District National Music Contest and in the COAC Málaga 2021 stand out. Closely linked to the world of carnival, he will take over from Vanesa Martín this year when covering the official anthem of the Carnival of Malaga.
