The weather in Santa Cruz woke up covered, with a light drizzle and no hint of sun, an ingredient that accompanied the wait of those who waited patiently and salivating in Miguel Velázquez square, next to the English Court of Tres de Mayo, for the opening of the goxo food truck, the itinerant cooking formula of what is considered the best chef in the world, Dabiz Muñoz.
