The candidate of Canarian Coalition to the Mayor of El Sauzal, Mariano Pérez, assured last night that “we have fulfilled 90% of what was programmed and we continue with the illusion intact”. During the official presentation of the local CC candidacy, he recalled that “I have spent a lifetime dedicated to my people and I will continue as long as I feel that I can continue contributing to this project and as long as the neighbors want to”. During his years in office, he emphasized “solving the most important problem our people had, that of water.” But speaking of the present and the future, he assured that El Sauzal “lives a sweet moment, because we have fulfilled our objectives.”
In this sense, Mariano Pérez explained that “in recent years we have moved many things forward, some of which have been stuck for a long time due to administrative issues, things such as the issue of vacation homes, the specific modification of the PGOU and the agreement until 2025 with the staff labor, official and Local Police, among many other things.
With respect to the team of women and men who will accompany him, he stressed that “they drive me forward and that makes me excited to continue as if it were the first day.”
A team that is made up of Fabiola Reyes (2), Francisco Hernández (3), Sara Pérez (4), Taida Martín (5), Eusebio Castillo (6), Vanessa de la Paz (7), Elisabet Delgado (8), Daniel Canino (9), Diego Brito (10), Daniel Díaz (11), Gloria Esther Acosta (12), Daniel Ravelo (13), Isamar Alonso (14), David Alberto (15) and Jairo Rodríguez (16).
For her part, the Canarian Coalition candidate for the Cabildo de TenerifeRosa Dávila, announced that she will promote an improvement plan on the municipality’s main highway, improvements that “should have been carried out in these years and, nevertheless, nothing has been done”. In addition, he assured that the nationalists “will reactivate the improvements on the Sauzal coast with the approval of the Costa Acentejo Special Plan (PECA), in addition to transforming the Mirador La Garañona park with the installation of a terrace-viewpoint suspended in the air on the cliff” .
Dávila also stressed the need to undertake from the Cabildo the beautification of the surroundings of the Servant of God museum with the “creation of an amphitheater in the area’s square”, as well as to undertake the canalization work of the Cabrera Ravine, at the height of Las Baboseras, on the border with La Matanza.
For his part, he general secretary of CC of Tenerife and candidate for Parliament of the Canary Islands, Francisco Linares, assured that Mariano Pérez and his team “are a group of people 100% committed to El Sauzal and its inhabitants. Day by day they do their best to leave a Sauzal in the best possible condition”.
