GoXO, the food truck from the renowned chef Dabiz Muñoz, will arrive in the capital of Tenerife to offer irresistible dishes for all kinds of palates. Muñoz has been awarded three Michelin stars, which endorse the quality and experimentation of his cooking, which he usually fuses with Asian gastronomy. In 2021 and 2022 he was awarded as the best chef in the world by the list The Best Chef Awards.
The Goxo lands in Santa Cruz de Tenerife to take street food to another level from April 17. It will be for six weeks in the square attached to El Corte Inglés.
With a small menu but with intense flavors, it unleashes waves of queues wherever it goes. Being a van, the restaurant on wheels has traveled to different locations in Spain. The main course is the hamburgers, of which there are two on the menu at a price of 15.50 euros. The average price per guest is around 20 euros..

The Goxo restaurant is causing a sensation among lovers of intense flavors and the fusion of gastronomic cultures. The star dish is a brioche stuffed with chili con carnewhich perfectly combines sweet and salty to create an explosion of flavors on the palate.
To accompany this dish, Goxo offers some delicious potatoes with jalapeño-lime aioli sauce and brava sauceas well as two drink options that promise to refresh and complement the gastronomic experience: the Shiso Japanese mojito and the mezcal Thai margarita.
After a tour of the different dishes, customers can sweeten your taste buds with three dessert options, among them a Pedroche cheesecake, a waffle accompanied by a creamy yogurt and coconut, caramel sauce and crunchy pineapple and a fluid sponge cake.
Dabiz Muñoz is a chef with experience in Asian cuisine, and his first restaurant, DiverXO, was a resounding success in Madrid. Years later, he opened the cheaper and street version of it, the StreetXO, which has also been very successful in the Spanish capital. In addition, he opened a branch in London, StreetXoLondon, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was forced to close. With his new menu at Goxo, Dabiz Muñoz continues to demonstrate his ability to merge gastronomic cultures and surprise the most demanding palates.
