García Bar, located on Calle Los Molinos, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, was born a very short time ago by Zuleima García and Manuel Méndez, two young Canarians who have always had the desire to undertake and create something together. Their experience in hospitality and the goal of setting up a traditional food house in the center of Santa Cruz at an affordable price led them to create García Bar. The place where it is located, which is in a strategic area, was closed for a year and a half before it was opened, despite the fact that in the past it was a landmark in the city. Now, these young enthusiasts serve delicious dishes that you can enjoy while reading DIARIO DE AVISOS through the new app, which allows you to read the newspaper through a smartphone.
At García Bar they have a varied menu, but not excessively extensive, since for them the priority is that the products they offer are fresh and of high quality. Among the dishes they have can be found from sweet potato and octopus salads, fish churros, tuna in sauce, cod with onion or tortilla to party meat, soup, stew of the day, salad, tortilla tapas, roast leg, croquettes ham, tuna, chicken and spinach.

As for the desserts, also homemade and made in-house, they have grandma’s cake, chocolate cake, quesillo and white chocolate and lemon cake. In addition, they have an off-the-carte menu that varies and presents exquisite dishes, such as monkfish tail or chicken livers.
At García Bar they have a weekly menu from Monday to Friday that consists of two starters and two seconds to choose from, coffee, bread and drinks at an affordable price. Without a doubt, this place is a great option to enjoy good food and very good service.
