The strong winds putting yellow notice today to Tenerife have caused the Teid cable carand remain closed throughout the day.
The wind and coastal phenomena will put a total of 14 Spanish provinces at risk this Wednesday, including Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the island of Gran Canaria in the Canary archipelago, as reported by the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET).
Both the base station of the Teide Cable Car, and the upper station, in La Rambleta, at 3,555 meters, will remain closed, waiting for them to be opened tomorrow, since the weather forecast expects less strong winds on the Island.
🇪🇸 We inform you that the Cable Car will remain closed today 04/12/2023 due to adverse weather conditions.
