They are already in the auction process the properties of the business group Jose Sanchez Penate (JSP) in Canary Islands According to the entity specialized in the management of sales of insolvency assets IAG Auction Group, there are three lots: two industrial complexes located in La Laguna (Tenerife) and an industrial warehouse in San Bartolome de Tirajana (Gran Canaria).
The lots that are auctioned correspond to the units where coffee, yogurt and bread were manufactured. JSP entered the competition in 2021 and during the past summer he tried to sell the production unit. As it has not been carried out, the assets are currently sold separately by auction, the entity indicates in a statement, which began the auction on April 5 through its website.

The first is the industrial warehouse Located on Camino San Francisco de Paula, 177 of Los Baldíos. It consists of 6,749 square meters built and distributed in a mezzanine for the use of manufacturing offices, a warehouse for the storage of products with and without refrigeration, and a building for administrative offices. The building is located on a plot of 16,474 square meters. The rest of the lot that is not built on, is intended for access areas, parking lots and maneuvering. The starting price is 2,189,857 euros.
The second batch is made up of the industrial complex located in La Laguna in the Los Majuelos area, which consists of 7,871 square meters. The complex is made up of a two-story industrial building, with 2,645 square meters per floor, and another semi-detached building with three floors, for services and a dining room for company staff and offices, with an area covered by plants of 380 square meters. The starting price is 1,617,582.50 euros.
The third batch is the 3,155 square meter Industrial warehouse located in the industrial estate of the board, in San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Gran Canaria) built on plot E-3 and E-4, which occupies an area of 3,929 square meters. The warehouse is distributed over three floors: the ground floor occupies 2,515 square meters and is partly used for storage and partly for offices. The level floor is intended for offices and consists of 240 square meters, while the other level floor occupies 400 square meters, and is intended for the guard’s home. The starting price of this lot is 835,829.50 euros.
