A 48-year-old man has been injured in a traffic accident that occurred Monday in the municipality of Tegueste, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The event occurred around 10:40 a.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received several alerts reporting the overturning of a vehicle on the TF-154 highway, for which reason Cecoes immediately activated the necessary emergency resources.
As a result of the impact, the driver and only occupant of the vehicle was trapped inside, for which he was released by the fire brigade. SUC personnel provided initial assistance to the affected person, as well as transferring him to a hospital after presenting various moderate injuries.
The police services took charge of the corresponding proceedings.
