The Pinolere Cultural Association (Tenerife) handled yesterday, Saturday April 1, at the master cheesemaker and technician in the General Directorate of Livestock of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Government of the Canary Islands Isidoro Jimenez Perez for his “sincere defense” of the cheese and livestock sectors of the Archipelago and his continuous teaching at the Cheese Fair of Canary Islands Pinolere, which this year celebrates its twelfth edition.
The XII Pinolera Canary Islands Cheese Fair is held this weekend at the Pinolero Museum and Ethnographic Park, in La Orotava.
