The workers of the Tenerife tram have decided to suspend the strike that they maintained since last February after reaching an agreement with the company, as reported by the president of the Cabildo, Pedro Martín.
In an audio sent to the media, Pedro Martín said that the agreement reached to suspend the strike is “very good news” and thanked the “negotiating spirit” of the works council and also the work done by the staff of the Cabildo “in the desire to seek an agreement”.
The president of the Cabildo hoped that a final agreement would be possible to end this strike and that would benefit the workers and also improve care for the citizens of Tenerife who use the tram.
