SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 27 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 52-year-old man has been injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred on the Autopista del Sur (TF-1) highway, near the municipality of Candelaria, southbound, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1 -1-2.
The event occurred shortly before 12:00 noon, when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert stating that a motorcyclist required medical assistance after suffering a fall on the road mentioned above.
Once at the scene, SUC personnel assisted the motorcyclist and transferred him to the Nuestra Sra. de Candelaria University Hospital after presenting various moderate injuries, except for complications.
The Civil Guard made the corresponding report and regulated traffic in the area.
Members of the Insular Highway Center carried out the cleaning tasks on the road.
