Several young people in trouble have been rescued this Sunday by surfers on Los Patos beach, La Orotava, and one of them, a 16-year-old girl, has been evacuated to a hospital with signs of moderate near-drowning, detail sources from the 112.
At 2:11 p.m., the emergency coordination center received the notice, requesting assistance for several people in distress who were able to get out of the water with the help of some surfers.
One of these people, a 16-year-old girl, showed signs of near-drowning, for which she was evacuated by ambulance to Hospiten Bellevue.
Members of the Tenerife Fire Department helped the personnel of the Canary Islands Emergency Service to transfer the affected person to the ambulance. The local police took charge of the corresponding proceedings.
