Two people die after the frontal collision of two cars in Guía de Isora

Two people died during the early hours of yesterday after the frontal collision of two vehicles that took place in Guide of Isora, in Tenerife. As reported by Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 112when the local police and the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) arrived in the area, both people were already without vital signs, so the death had to be confirmed. For their part, the Firefighters of Tenerife took charge of freeing the bodies of the two people from inside the vehicles, since they had been trapped.

This was not the only vehicle collision that occurred yesterday in the Archipelago, although not with such serious consequences. Two other people were injured in The Gran Canarian palms after their vehicles collided head-on on León XIII street. The SUC went to the place, which treated the two injured with minor injuries, being transferred in a basic life support ambulance to a health center.

For its part, the Local Police has indicated that the firefighters had to rescue the two people and that one of the drivers tested positive for alcohol and drugs, for which reason he will go to court.
