The Provincial Federation of Construction Entities of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Fepeco), in collaboration with the City Council of Isora Guideworks in the construction of industrialized houses, with the combination of elements such as metal profiles, pillars, beams and façade panels, which allow to execute, with flexibility, all kinds of projects, as well as to carry out the works quickly. and safe, reported the federation.
In this way, construction times are reduced and the quality levels of the final product are increased, with great efficiency in the assembly and finishing process, remarked Fepeco, who referred to this activity as “a high-performance construction solution, fast execution and extreme versatility, allowing total creativity, great comfort and a significant reduction in energy consumption and air conditioning”.
Olga Salfiel, director of the local company Cercasa, which works with the Modiko patent, is about to finish the first single-family home in Guía de Isora, “a risky but exciting bet, because it means “putting the Canarian company at the highest level technological”.
The mayoress of Guía de Isora, Josefa Mesa, was satisfied “for hosting this pioneering system for manufacturing homes, which protects the environment, providing greater insulation and less polluting materials.
