The Cabildo de Tenerife is a finalist in three categories of the ASLAN awards with which each year the association that bears the same name and in which 173 technology companies are integrated, recognizes the work carried out by public administrations to develop new services, improve the efficiency and reduce costs through digital transformation.
The three candidacies of the Cabildo de Tenerife that have been finalists in the fifteenth edition are the result of the effort made by the Presidency, Finance and Modernization area to put new technologies and innovation at the service of citizens.
Among the corporation’s candidacies is the project ‘Tenerife Responds. Omnichannel citizen service strategy’, which is part of the new citizen service model based on more personalized service, aimed at specific groups and their special needs
An outstanding part of this project is the new personalized assistance service recently launched to help the population, and especially people over 65, to carry out procedures with any public administration through electronic processing, a system much faster and more efficient than any other.
In the candidature ‘Multi-entity Cybersecurity Operation Center for the Cabildo and Town Halls of the Island of Tenerife’, the advances made in terms of cybersecurity are presented both in the Cabildo and in the town halls of the island, mainly in those with less than 20,000 inhabitants. .
Another finalist project is ‘Cloud of services for the municipalities of the Island of Tenerife (nubetenerife.es)’, which offers an infrastructure that is in high demand by city councils, which is being developed with financing from next generation funds, according to a note from the corporation.
