The Santiago del Teide City Council informs that until March 22, the period to request aid for the primary sector of the municipality will be open, which is intended to be an effective instrument both to increase and promote the development of activities in the sector and to support the activity already existing, providing and favoring the optimal operation for its growth and continuity.
The amount of the subsidy that each beneficiary will receive will be a minimum of 500.00 euros and up to a maximum of 2,750.00 euros.
Individuals or legal entities that carry out activity in the primary sector and accredit the following general requirements may attend this call:
-Be registered in the Municipal Register of Inhabitants of the municipality of Santiago del Teide at least SIX MONTHS before the publication of these bases and carry out the activity in this municipality.
-Having the registered office of the Entity in the municipality of Santiago del Teide (entity with legal personality).
-The beneficiaries must be up to date with their tax obligations, with Social Security, State and Autonomous Public Treasury and Municipal Treasury and not be involved in any of the cases provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General of Subsidies, for which purpose they will provide a responsible Declaration.
-Be registered in the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) and in the respective special Social Security regimes.
-Having justified the financial aid previously received by the Town Hall of the Historic Village of Santiago del Teide.
Legal persons must submit the application at the electronic headquarters of the City Council https://sede.santiagodelteide.es, as they are obliged to interact electronically with the Administration.
Individuals may choose between relating electronically or presenting the documentation by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure:
• In the electronic register of the Administration or Organization to which they are addressed, as well as in the remaining electronic registers of any of the subjects referred to in article 2.1.
• At Post Offices, in the manner established by law.
• At Spanish diplomatic representations or consular offices abroad.
• At registration assistance offices.
• In any other setting out the regulations.
