Less clouds and better temperatures this Wednesday in the Canary Islands

Cloudiness will predominate this Wednesday in Canary Islands until noon, when there will also be an increase in temperatures, according to the weather forecast in the Canary Islands of the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet)

In the sea there will be 2 or 3 north or northeast, locally 4 in the northwest and southeast coasts and variable 1 or 2 in the southwest. Curly or tidal wave. Northwest swell of 3 or 4 meters, decreasing to between 2 and 3.

Cloudy intervals with abundant low and high cloudiness during the first half of the day. In the afternoon it will tend to slightly cloudy skies, except in the south where cloudy intervals will remain due to evolutionary cloudiness. Minimum temperatures slightly rising and maximum with few changes. Wind from the north component loose in general, with breezes on the coasts. In central summits it will blow from the moderate northwest.

La Gomera

Cloudy intervals with abundant low and high cloudiness during the first half of the day. In the afternoon it will tend to slightly cloudy skies, except in the south where cloudy intervals will remain due to evolutionary cloudiness. Minimum temperatures slightly rising and maximum with few changes. Light northeast wind, with moderate intervals at the beginning and tending to decrease in the afternoon. Coastal breezes.

The Palm

Predominance of cloudy skies with the presence of low and high clouds. At the end of the day, clearings will open up to the north and east. Little changed temperatures. Loose wind with a predominance of the northeast. Coastal breezes.

Expected minimum and maximum temperatures (ºC): Santa Cruz de La Palma 16 22

The iron

Cloudy intervals with abundant low and high cloudiness during the first half of the day. In the afternoon, wide clearings will open up to the north. Little changed temperatures. Loose wind in general with a predominance of the northeast. Coastal breezes.

Lanzarote

Cloudy intervals of high and low clouds. Cloudy skies will predominate during the first half of the day and slightly cloudy at the end. Temperatures unchanged or slightly lowering. Moderate north component wind decreasing to light in the afternoon. Breezes on southern shores.

Expected minimum and maximum temperatures (ºC): Reef 15 23

Fuerteventura

Cloudy intervals of high and low clouds. Cloudy skies will predominate during the first half of the day and slightly cloudy at the end. Maximum temperatures with few changes and minimums with a slight decrease. Moderate wind from the north component that will decrease to light in the afternoon. Breezes on southern shores.

Expected minimum and maximum temperatures (ºC): Port of Rosario 15 23

Gran Canaria

Cloudy intervals with abundant low and high cloudiness during the first half of the day. In the afternoon it will tend to slightly cloudy or clear skies, except in the south where some intervals of evolution will be maintained. Little changed temperatures. Light to moderate wind from the north component, decreasing in intensity throughout the day. Breezes on south and north coasts.

Expected minimum and maximum temperatures (ºC): The Gran Canarian palms 16 22
