Canarian Coalition de Candelaria elects by acclamation the current nationalist spokesperson in the City Council, Ángela Cruz Perera, as candidate for Mayor of Candelaria in the next municipal elections to be held in May. The nationalist militancy of Candelaria renews its confidence in the current councilor and local general secretary in the municipality as a candidate for mayor of the municipality in an assembly that also served to inaugurate the new headquarters of the local committee on Los Príncipes street, in a central area of the town of Candelaria.
After her acclamation as a candidate, Cruz thanked the attendees “for their confidence in me to head, once again, the list of women and men from CC to the City Council of our municipality in the next elections, to lead the change in the municipal government that is so demanded citizenship, and put an end to the stagnation suffered by the municipality due to the negligence of the socialist government group.
Cruz assured that “We are a real option for change and a government committed to Candelaria”. “The time has come for the municipality to take a thousand steps towards the promising and exciting future, and men and women of CC will put ourselves at the forefront of change,” he concluded.
